  • What is your return policy?

    Heather Moore Jewelry will accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized chain, Harriet stones, gemstones and “Last Minute Gifts”.  Returns will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Notice must be sent within 10 business days from the original ship date.  Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.  All personalized orders are final.

  • What steps must I take in order to return an item?

    You MUST contact your Customer Service Representative to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning anything to us. This includes anything from a repair to cleaning to adding a charm to a bracelet. Failure to include an RMA number with any return will result in a $25 processing fee.

  • What other stones do you set in your charms?

    Currently, the only stones that Heather Moore Jewelry sets are diamonds (white, cognac, black, yellow, and pink).

  • Can I send back a charm and have something else stamped on it?

    No. We cannot add stamps to a piece once it has been made.
